How does the free trial work?
You can use our service absolutely free to analyze 1,000 unique visitors to a single website or across multiple websites. Once that limit has been reached, you will be notified via email and a message in your account that we have paused analyzing your website data until you sign up for one of our account plans.
How are unique visitors calculated?
We calcuate unique visitors on a daily basis. For example, right now you're a single visitor to our website. If you leave and returned later today you would still only be counted as a single visitor, but if you returned tomorrow we would count you as a new visitor for that day.
What will I need to install your code snippet?
Implementation of our single line of JavaScript requires access to the website's HTML and placement of our code on each individual page that you would like to monitor.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept payments made online using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. All transactions are securely processed by Stripe.
Is there a discount if I sign up for a year?
Yes. We offer 2 months free off all plans if you would like to pay annually.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. We're a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.
What happens if I reach the plan's visitor limit?
You will be notified via email as well as a message in your account that we have paused analyzing your website data until your next renewal date. If you don't want us to pause our analysis, you can easily upgrade to a plan with a higher visitor limit.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time via your account after you've successfully logged into it.
If I upgrade an existing account, do I get another free trial?
Brand new accounts are the only ones eligible for our free trial.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account at any time once you've successfully logged into your account. Please note that we do not accept account cancellation requests made by email for security purposes.
What is your refund policy?
We do not issue refunds for the unused portion of cancelled plans.
Is my data and information safe?
Security is extremely important to us and we use the industry's highest data transmission standards to ensure that your data is always secure & encrypted when it's being transported.
